OVERVIEW - INTEGRATION
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM – NETO integration provides a single environment to manage customers and their online purchases. NETO’s hosted, managed, and serviced digital commerce platform enables small business retailers through to large-scale wholesalers to build multi-channel businesses that integrate with leading accounting platforms, payment gateways, shipping carriers and the Dynamics CRM platform.
The integration is provided in real time with client, product and sales data moving from NETO to your Dynamics CRM environment.
This project provides integration between the NETO e-commerce solution and Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2016. The first release of this integration supports the following processes:
- One-way integration (from the NETO portal to CRM). NETO is the source of truth.
- The following entities are synced to CRM
- NETO Customer – CRM Contact
- NETO Product – CRM Product
- NETO Order – CRM Sales Order
- NETO Order Line Detail – CRM Order Product Detail
- NETO Payment – CRM Invoice, CRM Neto Payment Activity
This integration deployment requires the current version of:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.
- NETO – Dynamics CRM Integration v1.0
